About
I help analytical minds become clear, confident communicators who win pitches, build trust, and lead difficult conversations.

Your team is technically brilliant, but their communication falls short. It’s costing you more than you think.
You lose pitches to less capable competitors who present ideas better. Your best people get passed over because they struggle to articulate their value. Eventually they leave, and replacing them costs £30,000 to £50,000 each. Client relationships stay transactional. Teams avoid difficult conversations that would save time, money and months of internal misalignment.
I fix that.
Technical and analytical teams who know their subject inside out, but overcomplicate, over-explain, or hold back when communicating it.
When presenting: they need clarity, structure and presence. When speaking to clients: they need trust-building communication, not just short-term agreement. When stakes are high: they need to handle pushback, negotiation and difficult feedback without damaging relationships.
My programme, Say It Right, is built for technical and analytical professionals in tech and finance. I also work with VC and PE firms to make sure their portfolio CEOs communicate their goals, projects and progress at the highest standard.
This is practical coaching. No scripts. No performance tricks. Every session gives tools people use immediately. The goal is simple: communicate with the same precision you bring to your technical work.
Before coaching, I spent nearly two decades as a photographer and creative director. I worked with people like Ed Sheeran, Jack Black and Kendrick Lamar, and pitched for the work to agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, AKQA and M&C Saatchi.
That experience shaped everything I teach: how to build rapport fast, hold attention under pressure, and communicate clearly when stakes are high.
I’ve coached teams and leaders at companies including Google, Toyota, Reaktor, Scotiabank and THG.
